You can order from ELLIOTTLUCCA.com anytime. Orders placed by 11 am Pacific Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 am Pacific Time will ship the next business day.

SHIPPING
Please note that we cannot currently ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses or international addresses.

Standard Delivery:
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to arrive. Our standard shipping rates are based on the dollar amount of your order subtotal, as follows:

Express Delivery
Please add $10 to your standard delivery charge. Please note that express orders that are placed after 11 am Pacific Time will not ship until the following business day. Express orders should arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

Overnight Delivery
Please add $20 to your standard delivery charge. Please note that overnight orders that are placed after 11 am Pacific Time will not ship until the following business day. Overnight orders should arrive the next business day.

RETURNS
If our merchandise does not meet your expectations, simply return the product. Please include the receipt with your return, and fill out the feedback form on the back of the receipt. We ask you to let us know why you are returning or exchanging the product so we can continue to improve our products. Please note, we do not issue refunds on the shipping for exchanges or returns.
